Maistic 2.GEN Waste bags 20 Liter / 4,4 gallons are home compostable, fully biodegradable and certified to decompose with food scraps in a moist and well nourished compost environment you can create at home. The Maistic bags are made for an organic lifecycle and green lifestyle. No traditional plastics and plastic additives are added, simply because plastic is not allowed in compost and shouldn’t end up in nature. The Maistic 2.GEN bags includes biobased ingredients, e.g. corn starch from organically grown, GMOfree corn and upcycled food scraps. 14 bags per roll. Size 44 x 50cm with rounded bottom for stronger bag. Temp: -20C to +40C. Although waste bags, the bags are safe for food contact. Not for microwave.
All Maistic Home Compostable bags comes with an Often Good After-date printed on the box. Why? Just as greens, milk and pate they are meant to biodegrade over time, home compostable bags are too. Date on box is +1 year from production. Vegan friendly. Waste management advice on the paper box. NEW: All Maistic bags have new packaging making it much easier to keep your kitchen drawers nice and neet. A perforated hole is added to the box – push it in. And pull out bags one at a time.
Traditional petro-based plastics are thousands of years in the decompose process and add chemicals that harm nature, animals and you.
All MAISTIC® certified compostable products are free of chemicals such as phthalates, bisphenols and heavy metals. So it makes sense to pack your food in MAISTIC rather than plastic - both for you at home, for the restaurant industry and for the food industry. It looks like plastic - but is MAISTIC
