Reed Straws is a carefully cut reed – and nothing else. They are cut from the water plant Phragmites Australis. The reed is grown pesticide free, carefully harvested, dried, rinsed and then cut before packed in cartons or retail packs. The reed is not coated. In use, the reed straws are firm and can be rinsed by hand for reuse. Thickness as oridinary paper straws. Works well as a replacement for plastic straws and paper straws in restaurants, cafe and takeaway.
