The Maistic Wheatie brush is shaped like a long thin lizzard – most children might call it a dinosaur. The wavey shape of the handle makes it easy to hold for small hands. Hve bio bristles are extra soft making the toothbrush suitable for junior toothbrushing. The Wheatie Kids Bio Toothbrush comes in assorted display cartons in colors light pink, light blue, light green and nature. Length 15 cm.
In the development of the Wheatie Toothbrushes – both Kids and Adult – the look and sustainability have been most important. The base material of the handle is the 100% biobased and compostable bioplastic PLA. We added as much fine dried pieces of leftover wheat straw in the material to let it stand out as a clearly not ordinary plastic toothbrush. But also, as we want to use leftovers and materials typically not used for consumer goods. In opposition to bamboo and wood toothbrushes, the Maistic Wheatie handles is not effected by water, not even the water in the bottom of the cup with the collection of the family toothbrushes. In other words – use your Wheatie toothbrush exactly as your old plastic one – but know it’s +85% biobased. The bristles are 100% biobased and infused with charcoal for slight whitening of teeth.
